Get involved

The ministry and activity of the church is currently organised into six groups. These groups take responsibility for facilitating and encouraging the whole church to get involved in the work of the gospel in their particular focus area.

We encourage anyone, who is able and willing, to get involved in these groups when they feel they are ready. Being in a team is a really great way to set down roots, meet new people and have a sense of belonging and family.

Children and youth

Discipleship of our children and young people. They organise many activities like Sunday School, Noah’s Ark, Messy Church and our all-age services.

Evangelism

Encouraging the church and other groups in how they can share the good news of Jesus with others. They are also responsible for external communication, social and website.

Fellowship and hospitality

Fostering a culture of hospitality in the church and community. Regularly holding events where people can get to know each other in a safe a inclusive way.

Property

Practical day-to-day needs of the building. From repairs to cleaning and longer-term building projects.

Social action

Highlighting opportunities for service in the community in a positive way. Keeping the church informed about town wide initiatives.

How can I get involved?

The Bible says that when we start following Jesus, we become a part of his family and the global church.

A church isn’t a building, it’s pastor or it’s staff, the church is a community where everyone has a role to play in ministering into each other’s lives, empowered by the Holy Spirit. There are loads of ways you can get involved here and we want to help you take a step forward into church fellowship by serving with us.

Membership

The best way to get involved with church is by making the decision to become a church member.

Once you have considered prayerfully the decision to join this particular church community, we’d love to talk to you about taking the next step, so please speak with one of the ministry team.
