St Neots Rebuilding Belonging brings newcomers and local residents together to make friends, share cultures, discover local resources and build a stronger sense of belonging. Everyone is welcome to take part and enrich community life.

New Street Baptist Church is committed to welcoming people from different cultures and backgrounds. Since March 2025, 'Rebuilding Belonging' has partnered with the church to support people who are new to St Neots and help them build connections within the community.

A key part of this work is the weekly Move and Chat group, which brings together more than 35 people, including newcomers from Hong Kong, Ukraine, Syria, Turkey and beyond, alongside local residents. Through regular, informal activities such as walks, shared meals and social gatherings, the project provides a friendly place to meet people, share experiences and build friendships. We particularly welcome those who may be new to the area or experiencing isolation, helping people to feel connected and part of the local community.
